Am I locked in?
No. Every plan is month to month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel any time before your next billing date, by email or from your dashboard, and you will not be charged again.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your domain name, registered in your business's name. Your words, your photos and your logo. A full copy of your site's pages, so another web designer can rebuild it. Your enquiries and reviews, exported for you. The things we build for every client, like the dashboard and our tools, stay with us.
How many changes do I get?
A small change is a quick edit to what is already there: new opening hours, a price, a photo, a paragraph of text. Seen includes up to 5 a month, done within 2 business days. Grow and Thrive include unlimited small changes, done one after another. Thrive changes sent before noon are done the same day. A new page or a new feature is a bigger job, and we will quote it first.
How do I get help?
Email or text us, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Melbourne time. We reply within one business day. Thrive also gets a person you can call. If your site goes down, we fix it as soon as we know, any day.
How fast is it?
Your free mockup arrives within 5 business days. Once you say yes, your site is usually live in about two weeks, depending on how fast we get your photos and details.
Is this only for tradies?
